More Than a Santa Visit
It Is an Honor to Be Your Santa
For 18 years, Elise and I have approached Santa work with a simple philosophy: every visit matters.
Whether we are visiting one family, a community celebration or a major corporate event, our goal is never merely to be a good Santa. We want to be the best Santa you have ever had—professional, dependable, prepared and fully present.
Whatever the size of the event or the fee, we show up with both boots on and ready to bring Christmas to life.
An Honest and Flexible Approach to Pricing
When you ask what a visit costs, we may ask what your budget allows—and we may also tell you honestly what we believe the engagement is worth.
Please do not feel uncomfortable if our initial number is beyond your budget. We understand that families, community organizations and businesses have different resources. A conversation about price is simply that: a conversation.
If you are working with a limited budget, tell us. We never want a family to strain its finances simply to have Santa visit. If we can make it work, we will.
For corporate and well-funded events, we may ask for more. That additional support helps us continue investing in the community work that has grown out of our years as Santa and Mrs. Claus.

Santa Helps Build HeartCloud
A portion of the proceeds from our Santa work helps support the HeartCloud Foundation, the community organization Elise and I have spent the past several years building.
HeartCloud focuses on practical, personal acts of kindness throughout the year. Its programs include:
Crafting With Santa
Community crafting gatherings where people create cards, decorations and small gifts that can be shared with neighbors, seniors and others who could use some additional Christmas warmth.
My Equipment Santa
Named in memory of our friend Mike E. Smith, this program helps new Santas and Mrs. Clauses get started through equipment, clothing, mentorship and firsthand experience.
Sometimes that means providing boots, a belt, gloves or glasses. Sometimes it means helping with an entire Santa rig. Most importantly, it means teaching people how to do the work—letting them first observe Santa and then helping them become Santa.
Santa Mentorship
We help emerging Christmas performers learn the practical side of the profession: preparation, presentation, communication and caring for the people they serve.
Go Outside More
Our year-round outdoor companionship program creates small, welcoming outings for seniors, caregivers, people with disabilities and others who may be experiencing isolation.
We go birding, visit parks, play catch, take walks and go fishing. These are intentionally small, easygoing experiences built around companionship and time outdoors.
Your Visit Reaches Further
When you hire us, you receive our complete attention and our very best Santa experience.
You also help give HeartCloud the capacity to keep doing meaningful work throughout the year. Your Santa visit helps support mentorship, community crafting, outdoor companionship and small acts of kindness that might not otherwise happen.
That is why we ask honestly—and why we remain flexible.
We love this work. We are honored whenever someone invites us into their home, workplace or community. Thank you for trusting us to be part of your Christmas and for helping us carry a little of that Christmas spirit into the rest of the year.
Ready to talk about your visit?
Tell us about your event, your hopes and your budget. We will talk openly and see what we can make possible.
The HeartCloud Foundation is separate from our Santa service. Santa booking payments are payments for professional services and are not charitable contributions. HeartCloud’s federal tax-exempt application is currently pending.
